Booking Terms & Conditions
General Rules
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, all passengers must comply with the captain's instructions. The company operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding safety risks or disruptive behavior.
Payments & Bookings
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment. The remaining balance must be settled before boarding the vessel.
- All prices include applicable VAT (IVA).
- Fuel, crew, and insurance are included unless stated otherwise in the booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
Our policy is designed to be fair for both the client and our crew operations:
Standard Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or for "no-shows".
Weather: 100% Refund or reschedule if the captain cancels the charter due to unsafe sea or weather conditions.
Liability
Boat Charter La Duquesa S.L. is not liable for loss or damage to personal items on board. Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors at all times during the charter.
These terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Estepona/Málaga, Spain.
